What is SMR?

SMR stands for Social Media Reputation. SMR is a popularity index to rank brands' popularity in social spaces. It's also a monitoring and insight service provided by Yomego to help brands track opinion, highlight influencers and identify threats. The Yomego team works with clients to analyse and validate the raw data and suggest a prioritised list of recommendations to help the client to achieve its objectives.

There are many tools to track a brand’s profile across social media channels. They give you graphs galore and stats aplenty but they don’t necessarily tell you anything.

Our SMR service sources key information from up 29,000 sources, attributes an SMR score (out of 100) in context with your sector and competitors and presents customised outputs in tune with your marketing strategy.

Then – and here’s the best bit – our team of SMR specialists analyse this info and provide insight and practical recommendations to boost reach, improve satisfaction and ultimately drive advocacy. We can even alert you immediately if your score takes a sudden dip and highlight its source.
